 | RENBRANDT INC. warrants to users of its products that each
product manufactured or supplied by RENBRANDT shall be
free of defects in material and workmanship. RENBRANDT'S sole obligation under this warranty is to replace without cost and not exceeding the cost of repair or replacement of the coupling as provided herein. RENBRANDT does not authorize any other person or firm to assume any other obligations or liabilities in connection with our products. In no event shall RENBRANDT. INC. be liable for any special, incidental. or consequential damages. Since all couplings are assembled to order, any non-defective goods returned within 6 months will be subject to a 30% re-stocking charge. |
